Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Apeiro Email Dispatcher
Apeiro Email Dispatcher is designed for legitimate business communication, recruitment, customer outreach, and transactional notices. You agree not to use this system for sending unsolicited bulk spam, phishing attempts, fraudulent content, or deceptive subjects.
All outbound campaigns must include genuine sender identification, honest subject headers, a legitimate physical or contact address, and an active unsubscribe mechanism. The recipient blocklist must be honored at all times.
Users must adhere to configured delay intervals between dispatches to maintain healthy sender reputation, avoid ISP throttling, and prevent mailbox server bans.
Role-based access controls dictate actions permitted per user. Primary administrators retain the right to audit dispatch queues, review delivery logs, and suspend accounts violating acceptable usage guidelines.
Recipient contact information uploaded via spreadsheet or manual input is processed securely on your enterprise server. We do not sell, license, or share your contact databases with external third parties.
SMTP credentials configured within the system are stored in encrypted environments and used exclusively for authenticated email transmission via TLS/SSL encrypted sockets.
When recipients submit an unsubscribe request, their email is permanently added to the global blocklist. Future dispatches automatically suppress blocked addresses to safeguard recipient preferences.
Campaign delivery logs (including timestamp, recipient, subject, and status) are retained to provide transparent verification and deliverability analytics.
